Priority Club Means Priority Service
Priority Club Members always receive the BEST service! Gold Club members are guaranteed same-day service if you call before noon. Silver and Bronze Club members are placed in priority status over non-members as we strive to provide same day service when you call before noon. In addition, Gold Club members receive a 15% discount on all parts during service calls. Silver Club members receive a 10% discount. All Club members will receive a thorough equipment check by a qualified Thompson BEST technician to help ensure the proper operation of your heating and air conditioning equipment annually. Gold and Silver Club members will receive an additional semi-annual check.
